Design/Engineering

We use the most cutting edge technology to design and engineer any type of wood framed structure. Our software virtually frames the entire building before we send the project into production. This gives us an advantage with materials required, dimensions,  as well as allows us to identify problems long before they exist in real life.

Prefabrication

The absolute biggest advantage to prefabrication is schedule. By Prefabricating as many elements as possible in a controlled environment, not only is the product better in quality, it allows your building to be framed months before it would take a conventional stick framed project. And time is money.

Wall Panels

Building wall panels is our main-staple around our business. By building wall panels off-site appx. 40% of the work is being performed offsite. Wall Panels are built to a size that can be bundled and loaded up onto a semi-trailer truck, and delivered to the jobsite ready to be erected. This eliminates the need for the foreman to be scratching his head figuring out dimensions all day, and he can do what we truly wants to do which is lead crews to build your project!​

Precut Packages

If the project doesn’t allow for prefabricated items to be delivered (i.e. trucks won't fit), we can precut and mark all of your lumber needed on the project. That way less time is spent cutting and more time is spent building.​
